Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher may be used for full or part payment for any Plas y Brenin course.

This voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of sale, and must be redeemed within this time. If you wish to cancel the purchase of a gift voucher and receive a refund, you may do so by notifying us within 14 days of the sale of the voucher, provided the voucher hasn’t already been redeemed or part redeemed. Please note you must be the purchaser of the voucher to make a refund request. Vouchers cannot be refunded after 14 days from the point of sale.
